How much money do people expect to have at Retirement? I'm currently 25, single and make around 70k a year pre-tax. Im trying to make an effort in maxing my Roth IRA from this year onward. I also put 10% into my employers 401k who match fully upto 6%. If I keep that up for the next 35 years, investing it into index funds, it looks like it would end up around 1.5 - 2 million.
