Is Singapore Airlines declining in quality? In the last year I've taken 2 long haul trips, both 15hr+, from the US to Doha on Qatar, and just recently to Singapore, both in economy. I've flown SQ many times before and have had a very nice experience. But this last flight, a few things I noticed - - no printed menu - no amenity kit!
