Paying off credit judgement advice I was accepted into a homeownership program and was advised that I need to pay off a judgement with Capital One in the amount of $1,905.65 by July 1. Is it likely that I can negotiate a lower payment or because it’s already reached a judgment I’ll need to pay in full? I’m also confused on if I call the law firm from the judgement or Capital One....
