LPT: Take good pictures and a video of an apartment you’re moving into before putting your things inside. If the building owner/landlord decides to sell the building you can provide those pictures + video to be used in ads instead of new pictures with your belongings in them. It also ensures if any damages or such were there when you moved in you have proof you were not the cause of it.
