Best way to start investing for newborn? I read a bit into different options and was hoping to get some clarification. We received almost $3K from friends and family as gift and want to invest this amount + at least $500 monthly toward our newborns future. I have read about: - 529, which there are different types if I'm not mistaken - Roth IRA - not sure how that works as newborn does...
