Payoff car out of a brokerage account? I have about 10k left on a car at 6.25%. I have a brokerage account that holds 37k and growing very quickly right now (it is in VTSAX or something similar, can't remember). I am about to start my PhD but I may be able to get loan forgiveness. However, the interest on graduate loans is 7.05%. Should I pay off my car with the brokerage account? Sh...
