Is it better to make multiple student loan payments a month or one monthly payment which is more than principal payment This must if been asked before so forgive me as I haven't seen it. I've got a student loan, current payment is 380usd a month. In the past I've been paying 100 more a month as a one time payment when my statement is due. Just curious if it makes more sense for me to keep doing that to pay the loan down or if it's better for me to make one paymen...
