Definitive source on United State law photographing ON train tracks? I was told by another photographer that it is illegal to take photos ON train tracks. Plenty of photographers do I'm sure. I live in Mississippi and the only thing I found was it being illegal to transport vehicles and such on tracks or enter or exit moving vehicles on the tracks.
