401k plan seems very generous at my new job. Are there any catch to look out for?
401k plan seems very generous at my new job. Are there any catch to look out for? I’m onboarding a new job and they say if I put in 10% to my 401k they will match at 6.5% so a total of 16.5%. This almost seems too good to be true. My last 3 jobs always matched a really small amount like 0.25% up to 4% so 1% total.
