Is the "back door roth ira" just "conversion to Roth?" I usually call Vanguard and have them do the backdoor roth from traditional to roth for me, but want to try to do it myself today. I made the contribution into the traditional IRA yesterday. I can already see the funds in my vanguard account, and I see an option to "Convert to Roth IRA". Is this option just the backdoor option?
