First home, living room/kitchen/dining layout HELP: How do you fix this dark dining room? Can we make this floor plan work? If we remove some walls, will the layout even improve? Is open concept always better? This house has kept me up many long nights planning, putting it into floorplanner and floorplancreator, moving things around, and stressing. I feel like I've exhausted my designer brain so if you have any input, I would greatly appreciate it!
