Dentist quoted one material but used a more expensive one… Initial estimate using material A was $40 out of pocket. They ended up using Material B without my knowledge that was not covered by my insurance and is now over $200 more OOP. Anything I can do? Not sure how good faith and no surprise act apply here since it’s dental, I am insured, and I did get an estimate (imo a “bad faith” one)
