Best way to get between cities in Vietnam? Plan to spend 10-11 days end of Nov/early Dec in Vietnam. Planned trajectory is Hanoi (2d), Ha long bay vs Cat Ba (2d), Ninh Binh (2d), Da Nang/Hoi An (2d) with probably 1-2 days worth of travel between these cities.
