I've been revisiting Homicide: Life on the Street and am surprised that it and The Wire really spent the time to get area details right. Street names, neighborhoods and their type of life within. Much better than other shows like NCIS where they put 80 story hotels in Fredneck, MD and 1000 acre farms in Silver Spring. What other shows get your area right and which do not?
