Eyebrows won’t stay on while using tinted moisturizer Hello! I just recently stopped using foundation every day and switched to the NARS Radiant Tinted Moisturizer. Will still use foundation for events, though. My face tends to get oily, especially my forehead, but also dry in some spots near my mouth. I use ABH Dipbrow. As the day goes on, my brows start to freaking rub off at the slightest touch...
