Chicken gizzard igado I like chicken gizzard, and I always need high protein dishes for my diet. In the Philippines, we have this Ilocano dish called Igado which typically consists of pork tenderloins and liver. I wanted to replace the meat with chicken gizzard which is pretty cheap! I made it a little spicy too, and I ate it with a side of steamed rice.
