Help with ceiling beams and paint/stain color Hey guys I have some wood beams. Unfortunately some of them were filled with wood filler so it doesn’t take on stain evenly. See pic. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do? My contractor is suggesting that I just paint everything black to match the other trim in my house.
