How do you manage reviews?
How do you manage reviews? Currently in the process of researching review services, been looking into some of the platforms listed on g2 but they look fairly similar to me in terms of functionality. So that brings me to my question, what platform/app do you use to manage customer reviews and what do you like/dislike about it?
