France Vat refund - is there anyway to get the full 20%? I’ve read about the intermediaries like Global Blue and Wevat that work out with you getting 12/13% refund but is there any way you can get the full 20% back eg doing it all yourself? Going to France next week and looking to make some big purchases so the 7-8% difference will be a big chunk of change if I can figure out a way to get it. Super gr...
