LPT: Oral health is also connected to mental health. I learned this the hard way. Brush your teeth daily. Wash your mouth after a meal without fail. Wash your mouth even after you snack on something or after drinking coffee or soda/softdrink...within an hour max. If you have any oral/dental health problems please visit a dentist but do not ignore it like i did.
