Eyeliner smudge is the bane of my existence
Eyeliner smudge is the bane of my existence I love to tightline my water line and just play around with black eyeliner in general but it just smudges so hard every single time, my under eyes have black smudge within 10 minutes of applying black liner, do any of you have tricks to get over this?
