How do I get my eyeshadow to stop doing this? I have hooded eyes and my eyeshadow does this when I’ve not even been out the house a few hours, please help 😭 currently I just use a light concealer base and then powder shadow over that but I’ve tried using no base and cream eyeshadow and it’s still the same result
