Budgeting help. Any advice? What is the best approach to trying to maintain a grip on expenses to avoid credit card debt. I just paid mine off, but only because of a windfall; and would like to avoid a repeat. (struggling). I have a financial advisor and he just says to limit expenses and increase income.
