Partner has 2 jobs. One salary and one serving (with tips). Is there a better way of withholding tax on a percentage basis than dollar amount? Salary is 80k Serving with tips will be about 50k yearly. Her W4 doesn’t give an option to take a percentage tax from the serving job. Only a dollar amount. She’s about in the 24% tax bracket for any additional income passed the salary role, but her serving job only takes out 7% for fed withholding. Any advice here? Any advice here?
