My loyalty program is a FAILURE. Help?
My loyalty program is a FAILURE. Help? I'm in the pet products niche and my retention rate is 18% (well less than average). I have a loyalty program in place (for the past 4 months) that i thought would incentivize customers to return but it doesnt seem to be working.. What do you think? How do you try to solve a failing loyalty program?
