LPT:Why do employers reach out to you for an offer, you tell them you're interested, and they never respond again? I'm looking for a new job, and have sent out many applications. There have been several employers that reach out to me, I tell them I'm interested, and they'll never respond again. I even send messages later on, following up, and they never respond?
