Personalized loyalty program? Hey, I'm using smile's loyalty program and it failed me on my returning customers metric. I want a tool that personalizes the rewards my customers get based on their behaviour (past purchases, product reviewed etc.) to increase retention.
What do you think? Is there any tool that answers this problem?
