LPT Cut out the center of the pineapple to not burn your mouth I cut the outside off. I then cut it in 4 pieces lengthwise. I then cut out the center. This is where the acid is. I then enjoy sweet fresh pineapple without burning my mouth. Before cutting the pineapple, I leave it upside down on my counter to redistribute the juices.
