Social Media Monitoring Solution? I'm in the Irish Tourism niche. I need to monitor a few Facebook groups etc for questions relating to a specific topic. Buzzfeed looks great and has cool features but it's too expensive. Over $2k a year. Do Search Operators work in Facebook Groups? I can never search Groups reliably. What are my options?
