New Job/ No 401k for 1+ years
New Job/ No 401k for 1+ years I am starting a new job, and will have to sit on the sidelines for a year until I can join their 401k plan. I already contributed the max of $7,000 to my traditional IRA. What would the best steps take before I am able to get into the 401k program? Thanks!
