401k transfer or backdoor Roth
401k transfer or backdoor Roth Hi all I have a traditional 401k that's been sitting with my previous employer for almost 4 years and i don't know if I should transfer it to my current employers 401k or do something like a Backdoor Roth? If I do a backdoor Roth do I need to pay taxes on the traditional 401k ?
