Spouse is hyper focused on paying off mortgage but neglecting saving for retirement in the meantime. Need advice. My spouse and I are in our late 30’s. Both with stable jobs grossing about $200k a year total (equal split). 3 kids. We bought our house back in 2021 for $400k and a 3.5% interest rate. Mortgage is about $1600 a month total.
