Is it Normal for a new FA to have to use friends and family as clients? I’m a newer FA, passed all my required licenses, and started with Thrivent. I had to submit a list of 300 contacts which is my now “natural market.” I’m being pushed to sell/solicit my contacts in order to meet quotas even though I’m only a few weeks into my onboarding program (17 weeks).
