Any suggestions to revive this bad boy? Love this guy (and got one recently from T.J. Maxx that was a little dry). Any suggestions to revive it? It’s the Urban Decay Heavy Metal glitter eyeliner in Spandex (I think) and Stix and Bones. Thanks!
