I recently left a job I was at for about 1.5 years I saved up about 10k in my 401k and also had a loan on it which I owe 1600 on after leaving and I decided to just take the penalty and withdraw my savings my question is if I don’t pay back my loan I’ll just have to pay taxes on the loan plus 10 percent come tax season?
