Brow gels that work with brow pens?
Brow gels that work with brow pens? Hi all! I use a brow pen to fill in my sparse brows, but I also like to use a gel to shape them a bit. I've been using the e.l.f. Brow Lift, but brow pens just kind of refuse to "write" over top of the gel (I think because it never fully dries down). Anyone else use both types of product and have a recommendation?
