what are some creamy lip liner recommendations? I recently bought the charlotte tilbury Lip liner in the shade Icon Baby and I was really excited to use it but then I noticed it was like really hard. The Kylie Cosmetics lip liner are really nice and creamy but she only has warm toned shades and I prefer cool toned shades. Also does anyone know any brands that have like light pink Lip liners? ...
