Trying to.sell deceased fathers house heloc issue Short version is Trying to sell the home my mother and I have been informed that there is supposedly a home equity line of credit against the home for 30k but after speaking with huntington (the bank we were told the heloc is through) they have no records or account numbers of an outstanding balance... Amy advice or guidance on this? Thanks..
