Feedback on itinerary for 20 days in Portugal? Where to stay north of Lisbon? Gluten free recs? Spouse and I have done very little international travel. Any feedback is appreciated! Trip is planned Sept 20 - Oct 5 of this year. We love beaches and hiking, and we enjoy visiting cool rock formations including caves.
