Managing customers inquiries on IG? I recently started an IG and TikTok shop. I get messages from interested buyers, which is awesome! However, responding to every message take a lot of my time. I am curious how the rest of folks here deal with prospective customers that have a lot of questions/DMs and need guidance on buying products on IG and TikTok. Thanks a lot!
