LPT Request: constant puffy/swollen undereye bags that won't go away after moving i've tried about everything (already been to an allergist!) - i have a good diet, good sleep, drink a lot of water I moved to southern california about 3 months ago - any advice would be greatly appreciated; it sucks having puffy eyes 24/7
