I just removed my PMI and now have a letter about escrow increase to monthly payment My house value is way over my owed amount so I was able to get my lender to remove my PMI after an inspection through them. Now 2 months later I'm seeing a letter stating my escrow account now has a shortage and I owe $X.XX or I will have a new payment well over what my previous monthly mortgage was (with PMI).
