Is restocking fee allowed in the UK?
Is restocking fee allowed in the UK? I dont think it is defined properly in their t&c So a uk company did not inlcude EU tax when they sold me a product like many other companies do (i live in denmark). Therefore i now have to pay eu vat which is fine but i also have to pay a handling fee of about 24 usd if i accept the package. Does anyone know if this is legal? The item is stil...
