Host bia (bookiny . Com) in Costa Rica is asking for more money So my booking says I have to pay 61$ + 13% taxes making it a total of 69$. The host tells me that i need to pay another him another 13% more which is the local VAT tax in costa rica, making it a total of 77.89$. He only accepts cash or paypal. Is he trying to scam me?
