Is organic growth on Twitter plausible?
Is organic growth on Twitter plausible? It seems to me that growing a following on Twitter is mostly about being retweeted by larger Users or baiting people, Thus making you somewhat leech of other people. This made me wonder if it is even possible to have organic i.e. growth through good content alone, possible.
