Do I have hooded eyes or am I just incapable? So I’m sorta new at makeup and I love colorful looks but when I try one the makeup always takes all my eye space and when I don’t make it high up I can’t see it and I can’t take pictures with the phone or camera to high because it’s just disappears I think I have hooded eye lids but I’m not sure
