Amateur/learning photographer: where to start with lighting? So as per the title, I'm an amateur/hobbyist who enjoys doing family portraits but I've discovered that I need more light because indoor shots are really tough. Also outdoor shots in natural light are tough to not have hard shadows. I don't have a studio space. My questions:
