Green chile biscuits that I make a few times a year I love biscuits and gravy, but I'm pretty particular about the type of biscuits I like. I like them to be super fluffy but still a bit crispy and toothsome. These are basically hybrids between unsweetened angel biscuits and breakfast biscuits.
