Officer denied my global entry application at interview. Hello, Officer told me I was ineligible because It hasn’t been 10 years of me holding legal status. I am a citizen and became a permanent resident in 2016. I can only be eligible in 2026. I couldn’t find anything online about his claim. Has anyone run into this?
