LPT: How to prevent a hangover when you know you’re gonna drink heavily tonight? I am meeting a childhood friend after many years tonight and we plan on drinking. I am assuming we will drink a little too much. I know the only true way to prevent hangovers is to not drink but is there a way to reduce the intensity of it? I am an occasional drinker (maybe couple drinks once a month), if this information helps.
